  • ???????????????????????? ⭑.ᐟ ︎ ????????????????-????????????????????: Wanted a full Indonesian meal that really satisfied every craving ︎ ???????????? ????????????????: Nasi Goreng Udang ︎ ???????????????? ????????????: When you miss Indonesian food and want something complete, comforting, and spicy ︎ ????????????????: Simple, clean, warteg-style counter but warm and full of flavor Out of all the Indonesian food spots I’ve tried in Sydney so far, this one stands out the most. I ordered the Nasi Goreng Udang and it did not disappoint. The portion was generous, the shrimp were juicy and nicely cooked, and the rice was packed with flavor. It came with krupuk and cucumber—comfort food at its finest. I also tried the Bebek Betutu , which was super tender and flavorful. The sambal that came with it was bold and spicy, just the way I like it. For dessert, I had their Es Campur —and it was the perfect finish. Loaded with toppings I love: avocado, grass jelly, basil seeds, jelly, and condensed milk. Super refreshing and nostalgic. Definitely a place I’d go back to when I need my Indo food fix! —????????????????????????⋆????₊˚⊹

  • We had a truly wonderful experience, thanks to Nini’s warm and attentive service. Despite arriving close to the restaurant’s closing hours, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and well cared for. The food was absolutely delicious—flavorful, authentic, and beautifully presented. A great variety of dishes showcasing the best of Indonesian cuisine. Highly recommended for both the exceptional service and the delectable dining experience!

  • We used to go to Shalom in st Lucia, when we live in Brisbane. So when we saw Shalom sydney on google we were so excited. We ordered Bakso Malang, rawon buntut, iga woku, sayap ayam bumbu rujak, soda gembira and es campur. Overall the food was good, although i am not a fan of the dim sum that goes with the Bakso ( fish dim sum i think ) and the rawon is too sweet ( I am from Malang, so a bit critical about Bakso and Rawon ). The price was so cheap too, compare to the Indonesian restaurants in Melbourne ( i live there atm ). Recommended! Top Markotop!

  • We ordered rib soup, satay lamb with rice cakes and a mix of curries. The rib soup was very tasty and I could tell the beef was cooked for a very long time. I wasn’t particularly a fan of the lamb satay - it was a bit gamey for me. Perhaps if it was beef, or lamb shoulder, it would have been tastier. Nonetheless, the sauce was nice and not like other satay I have had before. This was the only let down. The chicken leg was succulent and delicious. The mixed curries were nicely done.
